What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a free prepaid collection label. After the returned goods have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
If the returned items show signs of use or are damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply an appropriate deduction.
Where is Velebit Lifting based?
Velebit Lifting (Velebit Transport Limited) Is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. With the logistics operating out of Safestore in Alban Point, AL40JX. This allows us to have our deliveries collected even when we are out and about on the crane jobs.
Are your lifting products certified?
Yes, all of our products are physically tested after manufacture in accordance with the relevant ISO's and supplied with Loler certs which come in the box.
Your chains are about 20-30% cheaper then the rest of the market, how do you achieve this?

The shipping cost for a 7mm (4m) chain 4 legged chain is £20, yet its £60 for a 8mm. How comes?
All to do with the weight. If the total weight of the order is below 30kg we can use Parcelforce. The moment it goes above we have to use a palletised freight provider, so the cost of sending a 31kg chain is nearly identical to sending you a pallet of them weighing a ton.
