Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a free prepaid collection label. After the returned goods have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
If the returned items show signs of use or are damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply an appropriate deduction.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase from our St Albans warehouse.
Smaller chain assemblies are shipped via trusted parcel couriers, while larger and heavier items are delivered through our pallet network to ensure safe and reliable transport.

Manufacturing
All of our lifting products are manufactured in compliance with LOLER requirements and the relevant ISO standards.
Every chain assembly is proof load tested to 2.5 times its Working Load Limit (WLL) before being issued with a CE/UKCA Certificate of Conformity.
Before dispatch, each assembly and its certification are independently inspected by our testing partner, MCL Lifting, who carry out the initial LOLER thorough examination and issue the corresponding certification, ensuring every product is ready for safe use upon delivery.
